Who can apply for a permit to free parking within the blue lines?

Presenting the documents needed to the front office of the service mobility agency for the city of Rome those eligible for the parking permit will get a decal to be put on the windshield in order to avoid fines by urban police and traffic auxiliaries.

Residents

Those citizens living in the payment parking areas can ask the permit for a maximum of two vehicles per person. The permit is valid as long as the applicant conditions don’t change.

Those citizens living in the payment parking areas can ask the permit only if they reside outside the province of Rome.

Craftsmen

Craftsmen working in the payment parking areas and admitted to the Provincial Craftsmanship register, can ask the permit only if the activity requires the transport of  heavy/fragile and essential tools and machinery to carry out the work at the client’s domicile.

Only one vehicle can be authorized, even if there’s more then one partner involved . The permit is valid as long as the applicant conditions don’t change.
