Type: these may be day permits or monthly, six-monthly or annual passes, they vary according to the traffic and parking zone and the purpose of the coach.

Validity: the passes come into effect from the date of their issue.

Regulations: each permit must carry the number plate, validity, length of vehicle, anti-pollution measures, name of holder and must be clearly displayed on board the vehicle...

PERMIT A Daily, monthly, six-monthly or annual permit. Allows for circulation within ZTL2 and short term parking (15 minutes) in authorized areas (see list) in ZTL2. It allows for operations in connection with passengers getting on/off in ZTL 2 at hotels, restaurants, accommodation facilities, schools and offices. . (Download the application form for Permit A)

PERMIT B Daily, monthly, six-monthly or annual permit. Allows for circulation and short term parking (15 minutes) in ZTL 2 and ZTL 1 in the stated areas, circulation  in ZTL 1and short term parking in ZTL 1 for operations in connection with passengers getting on/off at hotels, restaurants, accommodation facilities, schools and offices. Furthermore, it also allows for hourly parking (max 2 hours) in authorized parking spaces (see list). (Download the application form for Permit B)

PERMIT C Daily, monthly, six-monthly or annual permit. Allows for circulation and short term parking (15 minutes) , hourly parking (max 2 hours) and long term parking (more than 2 hours) in ZTL2 and ZTL1 within the stated areas. Furthermore, it also allows for passengers getting on/off at hotels, restaurants, accommodation facilities, schools and offices in ZTL 1 and ZTL 2. PERMIT G “LARGE SCALE EVENETS” Daily permit Allows for circulation and short term parking in ZTL 2 in the stated areas and/or in authorized areas.

PERMIT E HOTEL SHUTTLE Annual permit. Allows for circulation in ZTL1 e ZTL2 and short term parking for no longer than is strictly necessary to allow passengers to get on/off at hotels. Furthermore, it also allows for hourly parking (max 2 hours) within the stated areas (see list). (Download the application form)

Documentation to be presented when applying for passes A-B-C

• Statutory declaration  in the case of permits A-B-C;
• Copy of the vehicle’s registration papers;
• Copy of licence;
• Copy of valid ID document of the legal representative;
• Copy of valid chamber of commerce certificate;
• Certificate issued by National Social Security Institute  and Industrial injury compensation board  regarding the regular payment of contributions and social security payments of members of staff charged with driving the vehicles in the event of the purchase of six monthly or annual passes, alternatively self-certification drawn up in pursuance of Presidential Decree 445/200 art. 46and 47 and subsequent modifications and additions;
• Original of payment made (bank transfer/bank draft or payment via credit card and/or ATM made in company offices).

Tariffs and discounts

Tariffs are fixed according to the means used for booking the permit, the length of the coach (up to 8 metres or more than 8 metres); anti pollution criterion and the vehicle’s fuel supply (LPG, methane or electric). All tariffs stated in the following table are inclusive of VAT. The following reductions are available on daily permits and season passes (excluding Permit G – Large scale Events):

• 10% per vehicle euro 4 up to 31.12.2012
• 30% per vehicle euro 5 up to 31.12.2013
• 50% per vehicle with electric, LPG or methane fuel supply.
