NEW RULES TO CIRCULATE BETTER

In order to facilitate the circulation of coaches and fulfill the requirements of mobility and environmental issues within the Capital, the Municipality has resolved (Municipal Decision  n. 37 dated 12/04/2010) to introduce  new regulations governing circulation and parking within these areas, with effect from  1 July, 2010:

• ZTL 1 – within the Aurelian Walls and the area surrounding the Vatican City;
• ZTL 2 – between the G.R.A. (Rome orbital road) and the Aurelian Walls.

All coaches must purchase and display on the vehicle the circulation and parking permit, to be selected  on the basis of the requirements of  the chosen journey. The permit may be booked or purchased on our specific site or at one of our check points at Aurelia, Ponte Mammolo or Laurentina.

• LTZ1 AND LTZ2
No access for EURO 0 and EURO 1 vehicles
• LTZ1
From 01.01.2011 no access for EURO 2 vehicles
From 01.01.13 no access for EURO 3 vehicles
• LTZ2
From 01.01.12 no access for EURO 2 vehicles
From 01.01.14 no access for EURO 3 vehicles

• ZTL1 AND ZTL2
  no access to vehicular traffic  euro 0 and euro 1:
• ZTL1
  1.    From 01.01.2011 no access to vehicular traffic euro 2
  2.    from  01.01.2013 no access to vehicular traffic euro 3
• ZTL2
  1.    From  01.01.2012 no access to vehicular traffic euro 2
  2.    From 01.01.2014 no access to vehicular traffic euro 3
