To attest the passing of the revision, the client will get a numbered certificate, with the date of the car check, number plate and emission values, to be kept on board, and a blue coupon sticker with the year of the car check. The sticker has to be put on the windshield of the vehicle.
For what concerns motorcycles the blue coupon has to be shown at every check. The blue coupon is released only by those garage’s authorised by Rome Mobility Srl.
The Exhaust fumes check is annual and involves all the car’s, motorcycles and scooters after 12 months from the matriculation. The vehicle check, with the release of the blue coupon, has to be done every 12 months. It is illegal to circulate without the blue coupon except for those vehicles registered as Historical vehicles.
The Cost for the check of the Exhaust fumes and the subsequent release of the blue coupon is only € 7,75€, €3,00 if the check is made while in revision phase. Be sure the garage selected is authorised to release the blue coupon for both your car (gas or diesel fuel) and your motorcycle.
